Mini Chirashi Sushi Don

Selection of raw seafood and vegetable, which are scattered above a bed of sushi rice and presented in a lacquer bowl, Mini Chirashi Sushi Don is priced at RM 22.00++ during lunch period, and served alongside a bowl of salad, miso soup, bean curd and Koroke (Japanese Croquette).

Salmon Mentaiko Mini Don 

Grilled salmon which is grilled overhead by salamander, in order to be able to maintain its freshness and moisture from the meat which is then coated generously with Mentaiko (salted Pollock roe) served with a bed of rice, and presented in a lacquer bowl is a match made from Heaven and is definitely worth trying! The mini don set is priced at RM 22.00++ during lunch period, the set also includes a bowl of salad, miso soup, bean curd and Koroke (Japanese Croquette).
